Senior🎓
Top SchoolRodolfo Leal is a seasoned software engineering leader with 11 years of experience, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Veritas Automata and guiding blockchain product efforts. He blends hands-on expertise across blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum), backend services (Golang, Node.js), and DevOps automation (Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift) with a background in .NET, frontend stacks, and mobile apps. His work focuses on high-throughput, low-latency financial systems, where he has designed and automated permissioned ledger networks and implemented chaincode and CI/CD pipelines. Studying Software Engineering and Architecture while holding Udacity nanodegrees in Deep Learning and Data Science, he pairs practical product delivery with a curiosity for ML, SDR, IoT and other emerging tech. Colleagues know him for pragmatic problem-solving—“first, solve the problem, then write the code”—and for translating complex distributed systems into reliable, production-ready solutions.
