Summary
👤
SeniorRodolfo S is a Senior Software Engineer with 10 years of experience building backend systems and distributed services, currently contributing at Ordergroove. He brings deep multi-language expertise (.NET Core, Python, C/C++, Java) and production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Flask/Django and cloud-native tooling. His background blends applied research in data security (Intel SGX) and a stint as a Ph.D. student with hands-on engineering for high-traffic commerce platforms like VTEX and Loadsmart. He has led university-industry initiatives, mentoring students while delivering GraphQL and microservice solutions, and has taught algorithms and programming at the university level. Comfortable moving between research and product engineering, he’s known for shipping reliable backend services accessed by millions and for a curious streak that includes energy-consumption CEP research in Dresden. Outside work he enjoys playing squash, singing, and sharing knowledge with the engineering community.
