Top SchoolRodrigo Flores is a Senior Flutter Developer and mobile architect with over 10 years of experience designing and shipping high-impact apps across markets from Silicon Valley to Mexico. He combines deep native expertise (Kotlin/Swift) with Flutter-led modular architectures, driving measurable outcomes such as 50% faster time-to-market, 30% performance gains, and onboarding flows that materially increased conversion. Rodrigo has repeatedly scaled teams and platforms—founding mobile squads, mentoring engineers, and maintaining 100% retention while delivering zero critical launch bugs. He excels at pragmatic experimentation (OCR, biometrics, trusted-device strategies) and building backend-driven, modular onboarding that enabled rapid A/B testing for acquisition. Based in Tlaxcala, Mexico, he couples hands-on optimization and CI/CD automation with a product-minded approach to support hyper-growth fintech and logistics use cases.
