Top SchoolRodrigo Guijarro is a Delivery Lead and Project Manager with 10 years of experience blending hands-on iOS engineering and agile delivery at scale, currently leading digital experience projects at adidas from Zaragoza. He began as an iOS developer and tech lead, shipping mobile apps and managing App Store lifecycles, before evolving into Scrum Master, Agile Expert and now delivery leadership—bringing deep technical empathy to project planning, budgeting and performance metrics. Rodrigo pairs Swift and mobile engineering expertise with strong facilitation skills across distributed Agile teams, using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro and One Roadmap to enable autonomous delivery. He has a background in telematics and .NET systems for transportation, a master’s in telecommunications, and a track record of improving workflows through Kaizen and metrics-driven dashboards. An appetite for continuous learning and experience across both product and infrastructure sides makes him comfortable switching between code-level decisions and executive stakeholder alignment.
