Top SchoolRodrigo Reis is a senior engineering manager and former founder with over a decade of experience building cloud-native, distributed platforms that scale to millions of users. He blends hands-on technical depth (from Go and TypeScript to Serverless and ClickHouse) with proven leadership in startups and enterprises, having scaled engineering teams rapidly and led product roadmaps from prototype to market. Rodrigo has driven measurable business outcomes—managing hundreds of millions in Google Ads with 10x ROI at Walmart, growing revenue 3x as a founder, and enabling fast market expansion at Mosaic—while maintaining a security-first, CI/CD-driven engineering culture. He mentors early-stage leaders through Techstars and First Round Fast Track, sharing hiring, process and career-growth practices. Equally comfortable in strategy sessions with executives or debugging production systems, he’s known for rolling up his sleeves to deliver high-impact results. Based in Mountain View, he combines product sensibility with a track record of launching first-of-their-kind platforms across e-commerce, security, and rental market intelligence.
