Senior🎓
Top SchoolRodrigo Reis is a Senior Software Engineer based in São Paulo with 8–9 years building security-first, scalable backends and full-stack systems primarily in Python and Django. He has led international teams and architected CI/CD and dynamic staging environments with Docker and GitHub Actions that cut QA time by over 30%, while maintaining 90%+ test coverage on high‑load marketplace platforms. Rodrigo brings deep blockchain and crypto experience—designing non‑custodial payment flows and multi‑protocol integrations across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and others—combined with hands-on monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus) for real‑time KPIs. His background in corporate finance and a degree from USP gives him a rare mix of technical pragmatism and commercial insight, evidenced by 35+ valuations and product-driven engineering decisions. Comfortable leading cross‑functional delivery from architecture to observability, he’s equally likely to prototype a microservice as to align it to business metrics.
