Top SchoolRodrigo Ruiz is a software engineer and founder with 11 years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems across AI/ML, distributed computing, and full-stack web and mobile platforms. Educated at Brazil’s top engineering school (ITA) with a master’s in AI from USP, he blends research-backed machine learning expertise with hands-on system design—from low-level C++ at Microsoft to orchestrating 200+ delivery integrations at CloudKitchens. As owner of Vikki he delivers AI-driven products like facial recognition and ad-optimization, while earlier leadership roles reduced critical API calls by orders of magnitude and launched high-throughput financial services. Comfortable both coding and leading teams, he has a track record of rewriting legacy apps, hiring and mentoring engineers, and shipping end-to-end solutions in cloud-native environments. Based in São Paulo, he combines academic rigor with entrepreneurial pragmatism and a penchant for squeezing massive efficiencies out of complex systems.
