Rodrigo Sicarelli
Staff Software Engineer - Kotlin Multiplatform
São Paulo, Brazil
Summary
👤
SeniorRodrigo Sicarelli is a Staff Software Engineer based in São Paulo with over a decade of experience building mobile platforms across four countries, currently focusing on Kotlin Multiplatform and developer tooling at Stone. He specializes in platform health, CI/CD automation, and dependency management—authoring Gradle plugins, custom tasks and cross-platform workflows in Github Actions and Bitrise. Rodrigo has led mobile teams and integrations for products ranging from camera firmware to ride-hailing apps, blending hands-on scripting (Shell, Kotlin, Python, Ruby) with architecture that favors modular, product-agnostic cores. He’s as comfortable shipping critical platform updates (Kotlin, Compose, Xcode, React Native) as he is mentoring engineering teams through technical transitions. A pragmatic engineer, he consistently prioritizes what happens “between” modules and teams to make complex mobile ecosystems reliable and reusable.
