Top SchoolRofli S is a product-focused technology executive and COO based in São Paulo who concentrates on elevating QA and observability for mobile games. With roughly a decade in leadership and 17 years of hands-on experience in game engineering and tooling, he has driven measurable reliability gains—cutting incident response time and saving 50+ on-call hours monthly through redesigned monitoring and alerting. He has led cross-disciplinary teams (engineers, QAs, artists, product) to accelerate content pipelines, turning multi-day tasks into minutes and increasing dynamic content fill rates from 10% to 30%. As CTO at Kakunyn he emphasizes "QA with code," blending technical automation with operational strategy to scale liveops and reduce errors. His background spans startups to large studios, and he pairs an MBA from USP with practical multilingual experience (including Japanese study), reflecting both business acumen and cultural adaptability. Notably, he builds developer-facing tools and processes that surface stability improvements early, making reliability a feature rather than an afterthought.
