Top SchoolRoger Molas is a mobile-first software consultant and Co-Founder leading R&D at BriskLabs.dev, with over a decade of hands-on experience building and maintaining high-quality iOS apps and cross-platform mobile/web solutions. He has repeatedly shipped production iOS products for US and international clients—from micromobility and SaaS tooling to auctions and gaming—often as a principal engineer or lead contractor. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs architectural thinking and technical specification writing with day-to-day engineering, code review, and release management. His career includes scaling teams and codebases at startups and established firms, and he frequently converts early-stage ideas into shipped apps. Based in Taguig, Philippines, he blends entrepreneurial grit with a consultancy mindset, favoring stable, maintainable solutions that support ongoing feature work and operations. An understated strength is his long-running focus on localization, developer tooling, and pragmatic R&D that reduces long-term technical debt.
