Top SchoolRogerio Loyola-camorim is a senior software developer with 11 years of experience building resilient, high-throughput systems across telecom, public safety, and food-delivery domains. At SkipTheDishes he led Delivery-as-a-Service integrations and scheduling optimizations that adapt courier shifts to demand and weather, leveraging Java, AWS, WebSocket, and event-driven services. Earlier work includes architecting IVR backends for Brazil’s largest telecom, where his solutions handled thousands of connections per hour and materially reduced support costs. Comfortable across the full stack and cloud-native tooling, he combines hands-on implementation with delivery-focused leadership in agile teams. Based in Winnipeg, he brings a rare blend of telecom-grade reliability and modern microservices experience, and a background in biological sciences that hints at methodical, data-driven problem solving.
