Top SchoolRogin Farrer is a Staff Software Engineer in San Diego with 11 years of experience building and leading frontend teams and design systems for large enterprises. He specializes in React, TypeScript, design systems, accessibility, and developer tooling, and has driven governance, architecture, and CI/CD practices that scale across hundreds to thousands of users. At Wayfair he led consolidation and migration efforts—reducing maintenance overhead and guiding a component library refactor to TypeScript and Vanilla Extract—while authoring tooling like AST-based codemods, ESLint rules, and the open-source Rainbow Sprinkles library.
