Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRohan Janjua is a Lead Engineer specializing in AI platforms, bringing 11 years of hands-on software and test engineering experience and 8+ years leading testing strategy across fintech, aviation, and AI. He combines full‑stack development (Python, TypeScript, Kubernetes) with pragmatic engineering leadership—scaling teams, setting hiring bars, and mentoring 14+ engineers while embedding quality-first practices into product roadmaps. At deepset he drove test and performance work that yielded 100x improvements and at ClearRoute he delivered a GenAI product into a highly locked-down national infrastructure environment by navigating security, identity, and governance constraints. He excels at translating ambiguous business problems into pragmatic technical roadmaps, designing multi-agent orchestration and retrieval workflows, and unblocking integrations across complex estates. Notably, he builds testing frameworks and developer tooling that teams actually adopt, shifting quality from a gate to a continuous enabler of velocity. Ready to deepen his impact in AI engineering, he focuses on systems that are reliable in production and easy for teams to operate.
