Top SchoolRok Andrée is a Senior IT Strategist and mentor with 13 years of hands-on experience building and leading engineering teams across startups, NGOs, and SMEs from Ljubljana. He combines CTO- and engineering-manager level strategy with day-to-day coding expertise in PHP (Laravel/Symfony), JavaScript (Vue/React) and modern frontend tooling, routinely shaping architecture, test suites, and GDPR-compliant integrations. Rok excels at bridging technical and business stakeholders, driving digital transformation, and reducing long-term costs through modernization and agile practices. As a cofounder he has worn product, sales and client-facing hats while still shipping most of the code, and for over a decade he’s mentored adults becoming self-taught web developers. A former political party leader and CS teacher, he brings uncommon experience translating complex organizational goals into practical, people-centered tech solutions.
