Senior🎓
Top SchoolRolf Kleef is a sociotechnical trailblazer and teacher-coach with 14+ years shaping how civil society and international development organisations use the web and open data to improve effectiveness. He combines hands-on product and platform development—especially around the IATI aid transparency standard—with strategic consulting, training and facilitation to bridge technologists, programme teams and campaigners. Founder of several initiatives (drostan.org, Data 4 Development, Open for Change, Nivocer) he blends startup pragmatism with deep sector experience in aid effectiveness and humanitarian data. Now mentoring the next generation of software developers at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, he emphasizes rapid learning, teamwork and practical impact. An uncommon interest in the history of ICT informs his systems thinking and helps anticipate how technical choices reshape organisational culture and civic life.
