Top SchoolRomain Amoussou is an experienced web developer and founder based in Accra with 11 years building pragmatic, responsive web applications using PHP/Laravel and JavaScript. He combines hands-on full‑stack engineering—APIs, Livewire/Inertia, Vue, Node/Express—and deployment expertise across DigitalOcean, Netlify and Laravel Forge to deliver maintainable internal tools and client sites. As founder of Bandit Consult Dev and a long-term consultant, he focuses on thoughtful engineering rather than one-off code, often creating reusable libraries and integrations for custom management systems. His background spans database work (Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB) and early hardware/networking training, which helps him bridge infrastructure, backend reliability and front-end polish. Colleagues describe him as a practical problem-solver who prefers simple, scalable solutions and continuous improvement across startups and established teams.
