Top SchoolRomain Fafet is a Fluidic and Propulsion Engineer with 13 years' experience at Thales Alenia Space, specializing in fluidic analysis for electric propulsion and thermal control systems and leading development of flight-grade fluidic components. Trained at ISAE-SUPAERO, he blends hands-on CFD and EcosimPro modeling with systems-level understanding from avionics, optics and rendezvous imagery projects, enabling him to both simulate complex flows and integrate subsystems into control loops. His background includes valve pre-dimensioning, xenon supply modeling and camera raytracing integration—skills that bridge simulation, experimental validation and software-hardware integration. Based in Cannes, he seeks to tackle new space challenges where cross-disciplinary problem solving and practical component development meet.
