Top SchoolRomain Mazière is a founder and systems engineer with nine years of experience modernizing IT landscapes for public institutions and private organizations, combining system administration, DevOps/DevSecOps and PostgreSQL database expertise. He designs and operates GIS-enabled data platforms, builds automated data pipelines and implements Infrastructure as Code while prioritizing open-source tooling and OpenData practices. His background spans full telecom fiber lifecycle and geospatial systems, which informs pragmatic solutions for large-scale network and spatial datasets. Notable wins include slashing a quarterly FTTH processing job from three months to about 70 minutes through a rewrite and orchestration, and leading datalake infrastructure for a national digital-public program. He also trains professionals on PostgreSQL and SQL, bringing both operational rigor and teaching experience to client engagements. Based in Bordeaux, he blends hands-on engineering with strategic modernization and a strong emphasis on cybersecurity.
