Top SchoolRoman Dvoryanov is an IT Product Lead and hands-on front-end engineer with a decade of experience building and modernizing web applications using React, TypeScript, Redux and robust CSS practices. He has led and mentored small frontend teams, run hiring and code review processes, and successfully migrated legacy systems to modern stacks while balancing 60/40 management-to-coding work. Roman pairs practical technical leadership at major companies like Beeline and X5 with a history of shipping production-facing UIs, internal UI kits, and analytics modules. He also contributes to open-source projects, created a niche font that was used in published books, and maintains a pragmatic focus on developer experience and maintainable architecture. Based in Saint Petersburg, he brings both product sensibility and craft-level front-end skills to cross-functional teams.
