Summary
👤
SeniorRoman Krasheninnikov is a data engineer with 12 years’ experience building analytical warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and PL/SQL solutions for large financial organizations. He led Oracle development teams at Sberbank, drove migration from legacy bonus-calculation systems to modern stacks, and automated corporate performance metrics for one of the largest banks in Eastern Europe. At Tochka he designs scalable data marts, optimizes complex calculations for advanced analysts and developers, and mentors analysts transitioning into engineering roles. Skilled at stakeholder negotiation and roadmap planning, he combines hands-on implementation with team-building and onboarding. Based in Seattle and originally from Serbia, he brings practical cross-cultural communication—fluent Russian, intermediate Serbian, basic English—and a patient, mentorship-driven leadership style. Outside work he enjoys family time, fishing, and travel, which he says keeps his problem-solving grounded and pragmatic.
