Top SchoolRoman Lafond is a multilingual sales and business development consultant with 15+ years driving market entry and revenue growth across EMEA and APAC, now based in Beijing. He specializes in scaling B2B operations in FMCG, packaging, industrial and F&B sectors, having closed €10M+ deals and partnered with brands like Coca-Cola, Tetra Pak, Heineken and Nestlé. Roman combines hands-on regional execution—localizing GTM, building sales channels and coordinating production/technical teams—with strategic partnerships and institutional engagement that unlocked new markets in China and Southeast Asia. His experience spans startup boutique market introductions to managing major accounts at global corporates and a state-owned exporter, giving him a rare fluency in China-EU commercial dynamics. Recent pre-opening leadership at a premium resort demonstrates operational adaptability beyond packaging, from recruitment to contract negotiation. Open to leadership roles across APAC, he brings a pragmatic mix of deal-making, cross-cultural negotiation and on-the-ground scaling expertise.
