Top SchoolRoman Miniailov is a seasoned multimedia software engineer and technology leader with nine years of professional experience and a decade-long track record building cross-platform media products in C#, C++ and Java. As CEO/CTO and co-founder at VisioForge, he led teams, relocated operations to the EU, and shipped SDKs for media playback, editing, fingerprinting and computer vision across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. He combines hands-on systems work—low-level C++/assembly video and audio effects, DirectShow/AVFoundation/GStreamer integrations—with product leadership and team scaling. Recently he founded a VR/AR security startup and has experience moving early-stage ventures internationally, demonstrating both entrepreneurial grit and technical depth. Based in Bilbao, he brings practical expertise in video encryption, face recognition and object tracking alongside a history of shipping developer-facing SDKs that simplify complex multimedia workflows.
