Senior🎓
Top SchoolRomário Lima is a versatile software engineer from São Paulo with 11 years of experience building fast, accessible front-end experiences and leading cross-functional teams in fintech and SaaS. He blends hands-on React/TypeScript development with product-minded engineering — shipping zero-to-launch features, evolving APIs, and maintaining design systems that prioritize a11y and developer experience. As an engineering coordinator at C6 Bank he scaled teams, improved delivery processes, and bridged platform work across mobile and backend squads. Most recently at Tesorio he drove the Cash Application module, added product analytics for data-driven iteration, and embraced AI-assisted development to speed delivery. Romário pairs practical leadership (MBA in Organizational Leadership underway at USP/ESALQ) with a longtime love for front-end craft and a quirky aside: he genuinely likes studying and, amusingly, potatoes.
