Senior🎓
Top SchoolRômulo Jales is a senior software engineer with 13 years of experience building high‑stakes, production-critical systems—from Olympic and World Cup platforms to large procurement and P2P document processing pipelines. He specializes in backend microservices (Python, Scala), Kubernetes, service meshes (Istio), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi), and has led multiple cross-functional teams through architecture, resilience, and large customer rollouts. Comfortable switching between hands-on coding and team leadership, he has a track record of migrating live components to Kubernetes and designing robust, idempotent APIs for complex business flows. Based in Copenhagen, he learns and adopts technologies and cultures quickly, and is known for being extroverted, easygoing, and effective under deadline pressure.
