Senior🎓
Top SchoolRon Rademaker is a seasoned technical director and founder with over two decades of hands-on experience building web applications, hosting platforms, and integrated digital ecosystems from the early modem days to modern AI-driven products. Based in Rotterdam, he leads Harborn (formerly Connect Holland) where he combines agile practices inspired by ING and Spotify with multidisciplinary teams to deliver future-proof, human-centered solutions for clients like LambWeston, Gemeente Rotterdam and Randstad. A Delft-trained computer scientist and serial entrepreneur, Ron founded Virtual Building and runs Kuklos Holding, giving him deep operational knowledge of hosting, DNS, and cloud infrastructure. In the past year he has pivoted into applied Artificial Intelligence, emphasizing rigorous experimentation and the need to couple models with usable application interfaces—what he likens to giving a brain working limbs. Known for curiosity and a craftsperson’s approach, he focuses on making AI accessible and practical for companies rather than chasing scores alone.
