Top SchoolRonan Mccarter is a versatile software engineer based in New York with five years of experience across startups and high-scale products, currently contributing at Ramp. He excels across the full development lifecycleβhaving been a founding engineer at Mintlify where he wore many hats from DevOps and infra to security and enterprise featuresβand has shipped product-facing iOS and backend systems earlier in his career. Ronan pairs a curiosity for emerging technologies with a focus on delightful, intuitive user experiences and a habit of mastering dependencies rather than avoiding them. His background includes building an in-house UI testing platform at Amazon and prototyping a native e-commerce iOS app, demonstrating a knack for turning ambiguous problems into reliable, testable systems. Colleagues rely on him to dive deep into complex problems and clearly communicate learnings across teams.
