Top SchoolRonny Nowak is a Senior Software Entwickler with two decades of experience building large-scale multiplayer games and real-time networking systems. He has architected and operated global backend infrastructure for long-running free-to-play MMOs, notably owning the backend for War Alliance which has run worldwide for over seven years. Skilled across C++, Unity/C#, and cloud-native tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD), he designs custom networking engines and end-to-end pipelines that enable high concurrency and rapid iteration. As Co-Founder and Technical Director at Magnific Games and former Lead Architect at Bigpoint, he blends hands-on coding with systems-level leadership across full-stack game development. Now based in the Berlin area and currently at BeamNG, he brings rare operational experience running live games at scale alongside deep protocol and infrastructure expertise. An underappreciated strength is his track record of delivering long-lifecycle reliability—keeping complex live services performant and maintainable across years of global operation.
