Top SchoolRoshan M is a product manager with a decade of experience building user-centric web and mobile products, specializing in AI/ML-driven features across HR Tech, EdTech, e-commerce and social platforms. He has repeatedly shipped revenue-driving initiatives—most notably a Candidate Pool that generated Rs. 32.65 Crore annually and an LLM-powered Resume Analyzer that cut CAC by 8%—while owning full product lifecycles from PRDs to usability testing. Comfortable in technical conversations, he translates complex model and data requirements into pragmatic product and engineering plans, and has hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs, recommendation engines, search, and chatbots. Roshan pairs growth mindset tactics (SEO, referrals, landing page optimization) with rigorous analytics (SQL, Mixpanel, GA) to improve acquisition and conversion. He also has entrepreneurial chops from founding a product consultancy and shipping a 5k-MAU food-delivery app, and enjoys mentoring PMs as part of his commitment to the community. Currently based in Hyderabad, he’s seeking remote PM/TPM roles where he can tackle complex AI-first product problems.
