Top SchoolRoss Gray is a product-focused engineer with 11 years of experience building end-to-end systems—from serverless ML-serving APIs and high-volume ETL to high-throughput transactional backends and complex single-page booking apps. He has led small engineering teams and shaped data and platform architecture at companies like Secret Escapes and Mystic AI, and now contributes product engineering at PostHog. Comfortable across C++, Python, JS, databases and Kubernetes, he specializes in architecting scalable, high-performance systems that bridge ML models and production pipelines. A Cambridge MEng graduate, Ross has a practical knack for squeezing production-quality performance from constrained systems—a skill honed early in signal-processing and embedded projects—and thrives on technically demanding problems teamed with passionate engineers.
