Top SchoolRoss Hamilton is a pragmatic technology leader with 11+ years of experience building cloud-first infrastructure and end-to-end IT services for financial services organisations. As Head of Cloud Infrastructure he designs and delivers repeatable, secure, and supportable platforms—combining solution architecture, DevOps (Terraform, Kubernetes), CI/CD and ITIL-aligned service models from board-level strategy to hands-on delivery. He has a track record of creating departments and multi-disciplinary teams, migrating large on-prem systems to AWS, and turning poorly documented integrations into maintainable, auditable services. Comfortable in growth-stage transformations, Ross excels at marrying business process needs with data, application and technical architecture to make complex systems operable and easier to evolve. Based in Billericay and grounded in a BSc in Computational Science, he’s as happy diagramming a board deck as he is solving gritty operational problems.
