Top SchoolRoss Luebe is Head of Creative Technology in Austin with 11 years of focused experience blending design and development to lead creative engineering at Athletics. Rising through roles from UX Designer and Senior Creative Technologist to Technical Director and now head of the department, he pairs an MFA in 2D Design with hands-on product and studio experience. He began freelancing while still a student, building brand sites and interactive work across Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco and New York, which shaped his cross-disciplinary approach to pixel-perfect interfaces and scalable production workflows. Known for moving fluidly between art direction, front-end engineering and technical leadership, he helps studios translate bold visual ideas into reliable digital products. Colleagues value his designer’s eye and developer’s rigor—an uncommon mix that surfaces in both strategic planning and craft-level execution.
