Top SchoolRoss Matsuda is an Apple-focused systems engineer with nine years of experience building and scaling MDM solutions that manage thousands of devices across diverse industries. At Ntiva he designs strategy and implements Apple-specific enterprise tooling, combining deep hands-on support history from Apple and Forget Computers with a focus on automation and service expansion. He pairs technical fluency in macOS and iOS ecosystems with user-facing education and operationalizing policies for large device fleets. Based in Chicago, Ross also brings creative leadership from co-founding and directing theater companies, which informs his collaborative, process-driven approach to projects. Unusually for an engineer, he spends evenings directing and performing in opera and operetta, a discipline that sharpens his attention to detail and stakeholder coordination.
