Top SchoolRoss Williams is an Engineering Lead specialising in Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps with 12 years of experience building large, reliable distributed systems and platform automation. He has led teams through major infrastructure rebuilds, ISO27001 and SOC2 audits, and architected multi-region AWS and Kubernetes stacks with high IaC coverage and GitHub Actions-driven pipelines. Comfortable both as a hands-on engineer and a team leader, he champions observability, security, reproducibility and a blameless culture that enables experimentation. A former release engineering lead at Canva and long-tenured platform lead at Console Group, Ross pairs practical systems engineering with organisational design skills from his dual BE and business degrees.
