Senior🎓
Top SchoolRostislav Kirillov is a Staff Software Engineer and Tech/Community Lead with 13 years of experience building infrastructure libraries, internal tools and SRE practices for large, multi-stack organizations. Based in Tbilisi, he has driven adoption of advanced reliability practices—SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, isolated test environments—and helped evolve a startup-like bank into a 2000-microservice platform while guiding a loose community of 50+ .NET developers. He combines hands-on C#/.NET engineering (open-sourced JSON-RPC and reliable RabbitMQ libraries) with developer experience work: CI/CD pipelines, observability and docs that make complex concepts accessible. A pragmatic problem-solver, Rostislav repeatedly pioneers missing infrastructure and processes, mentors engineers, grades/interviews talent, and even writes popular articles (one ranking highly for “перцентили для чайников”). He enjoys jumping into unfamiliar tech and can read and fix “weird” code in almost any language, making him a versatile hire for Staff-level roles with relocation or hybrid needs.
