Roxanne Wyns is a director and innovation manager with 13 years’ experience building FAIR data infrastructures and advancing Open Science across universities and European research networks. At KU Leuven’s LIBIS she leads domain-specific research infrastructure projects and serves as technical lead and co-promoter of the FWO-funded iCANDID 3.0 SSH FAIR Data Hub. She combines hands-on product and project management—rooted in earlier museum and cultural heritage IT work—with strategic roles shaping institutional Research Data Management policy. As a director of the EOSC Association and member of the CDIF Advisory Group, she bridges cross-domain interoperability efforts and policy with practical technical implementations. Based in the Louvain metropolitan area, Roxanne is known for translating semantic interoperability and metadata practices from cultural heritage into scalable scholarly data services. Her background in art history and archaeology gives her a rare domain fluency that informs user-centered design of FAIR infrastructures.
