Top SchoolRoy Johnson is a founder and CEO with 21 years of embedded systems and IoT leadership, blending technical depth from firmware and FPGA design with strategic ecosystem building at scale. He has driven product launches, led global alliances and standards work (including board roles at CSA, FiRa and PSIA), and authored marketing and product specifications that shaped interoperable UWB and mobile credential experiences. As Alliances and Ecosystems Leader at Allegion he built cross-functional global teams, won multiple industry awards for standards contributions, and served as the primary bridge between advanced engineering and commercial strategy. Earlier roles span secure BLE firmware, hands-free access control product launches, and advanced undersea detection systems—demonstrating comfort across low-level engineering to executive leadership.
