Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRoy Natian is a founder and systems-minded technologist with eight years of professional experience building reliable infrastructure, workflows, and documentation that let teams operate without constant expert intervention. Based in Boston, he combines hands-on automation—using LLMs (Claude, OpenAI), n8n, and Zapier—with pragmatic infrastructure design to replace ad hoc setups with clear, scalable systems. He’s led ops and developer enablement at Chia Network, designed company-wide security and knowledge programs, and built remote-first operational tooling at Precision Nutrition. Comfortable translating ambiguous research or product goals into reusable experimental or operational systems, he has also applied that rigor in lab settings at the Wyss Institute. A self-described “Technology Whisperer,” Roy favors local-model workflows and privacy-first automation to accelerate documentation, training, and repeatable processes that survive turnover.
