Senior🎓
Top SchoolRoy Quilor is a director and generalist UI/UX designer with 10 years of experience helping early-stage tech startups turn ideas into investor-ready products. He runs a small creative studio, Awwesome Ltd, and combines hands-on Figma design, component-driven systems (Tailwind UI, Shadcn/UI), and front-end tooling like Framer and Next.js to ship polished interfaces quickly. His background spans enterprise UX improvements to startup product launches, and he often bridges design and development by delivering usable HTML/CSS prototypes. A regular creator on YouTube and maker of a Figma UI kit, he blends teaching with product work and values humility and continuous growth both as a designer and a dad.
