Founder, Operator, Advisor & Investor
's-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands
Summary
👤
SeniorRoy Tomeij is a serial founder and operator with over two decades of experience building product-led SaaS and developer-focused tools, notably co-founding AppSignal and earlier pioneering Ruby on Rails adoption in Europe with 80beans. He combines hands-on operational leadership—driving a $22M Series A and serving as CCO—with board-level strategic advising through Inventella, helping teams scale customer experience, operations, and M&A readiness. A frequent conference speaker and writer on SaaS and operations, he blends pattern recognition sharpened by AI with practical execution across product, growth, and due diligence. Based in the Netherlands and comfortable working across borders, he’s equally likely to roll up his sleeves as to bring in the right specialist at the right time.
