Ruben Amar
Summary
🤩
RockstarRuben Amar is a community-first Web3 specialist and software engineer with 7 years of experience building engagement systems and scaling Layer 2 ecosystems. As Head of Community and Growth Strategy at Fuel Labs, he grew the Fuel community from scratch, designing contributor paths, team structures, and product-minded engagement flows that prioritize long-term value over short-lived activity. He blends data and AI training (MEng in Data & AI) with hands-on community operations, marketing, tokenomics, and developer advocacy to align narrative, incentives, and growth funnels. Comfortable shipping technical solutions and running programs, Ruben moves between roles—engineer, strategist, and operator—to bring clarity and operational rigor to decentralized projects. Based in Paris, he’s equally likely to be prototyping a campaign, tweeting insights, or designing experiences that make people actually want to participate.
