Senior🎓
Top SchoolRuben De Groot is a product-minded full-stack developer and founder with 11 years of experience building and scaling SaaS and logistics platforms across Europe and Asia. He combines hands-on engineering in TypeScript, Next.js and Python with practical AI deployment experience—designing LLM-powered apps, vector search pipelines, and conversational bots for enterprise clients. As a serial founder and former CTO, he’s launched multiple ventures and led teams to ship end-to-end systems that handled thousands of parcels per day and dozens of client-facing SaaS products in rapid succession. Ruben excels at translating business needs into technical roadmaps, running client integrations, and building internal automation to accelerate operations. Based in Hong Kong but Dutch-trained, he pairs startup grit with an academic background in computer science and entrepreneurship. An inflection few mention: he regularly bridges on-the-ground operations insight with architecture decisions, reducing operational friction through pragmatic tooling.
