Top SchoolRubén Gil is a Principal Software Development Engineer with 13 years of experience building full-stack web applications, primarily in Ruby on Rails, and currently leading architecture and delivery at Bergamotte. He combines backend expertise in APIs and database optimization with frontend know-how and hands-on devops, favoring pragmatic, light processes and fast iterations to turn ideas into scalable MVPs and products. His background includes CTO-level work on live mobile video streaming and designing AWS-based infrastructures, giving him a strong operational sense alongside product-focused engineering. A proponent of the Web Platform and remote asynchronous workflows, he splits time between Berlin, Paris and Valencia and continuously sharpens his craft through hands-on learning.
