Senior🎓
Top SchoolRuben M is a Team Lead and System Architect with over 20 years in software engineering and more than a decade leading full-stack delivery across web and mobile platforms. Based in Podgorica, Montenegro, he has driven architecture and implementation for large-scale healthcare, finance, and enterprise systems, specializing in NestJS/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Angular, microservices, and real-time features like WebSocket/WebRTC. He blends hands-on coding with leadership—running Agile teams, DevOps pipelines (Docker, GitLab CI/CD), and cloud integrations (Firebase, AWS S3)—while mentoring engineers on architecture and code quality. Ruben’s background as a founder and former CTO gives him an operational mindset: he values team cohesion, pragmatic trade-offs, and shipping maintainable systems. An unexpected strength is his cross-discipline start in videography and design, which informs his emphasis on clean UI/UX and effective product communication. He consistently moves projects from legacy codebases to modern, scalable architectures while keeping developer productivity front and center.
