Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRuben Restrepo is a bilingual (English/Spanish) full-stack engineer with 15+ years in software development and a product-first mindset, currently focused on Node.js and TypeScript. He has deep experience building scalable serverless architectures, integrations, and developer tooling—having led migrations from legacy Lambdaliths, built payment-enabled AI chatbot backends, and authored high-performance integration frameworks. Ruben has a strong track record in remote-first US startups, mentoring teams, owning SRE practices and incident command, and shipping features that span from Wallet monitors for Web3 to the Auth0 dashboard. An active community builder and international speaker, he pairs hands-on engineering with developer advocacy and a knack for turning complex systems into pragmatic products. Outside work he’s a proud husband and father, bringing the same pragmatic focus to both engineering problems and family life.
