Top SchoolRubén Romero is a business-oriented product leader and Chief Product Officer with 14 years of experience turning technical products into scalable commercial successes across telecom, IT and SaaS. He combines entrepreneurial instincts and deep hands-on experience—from programming and system administration to sales, customer success and community building—to align product roadmaps with measurable revenue and retention goals. Rubén has driven international growth and major enterprise adoption (dozens of S&P500, Euronext and global top sites) while leading cross-functional teams and building repeatable processes for onboarding, support and product-informed marketing. A longtime advocate for open source and FLOSS communities, he has grown developer ecosystems and run global events that translated community feedback into roadmap decisions. Based in Oslo, he also advises and invests in startups, bringing operator-level experience in both B2B and B2C retail channels. Colleagues describe him as a strategist who still digs into the technical details—whether debugging a deployment or designing a sales-to-product feedback loop.
