Top SchoolRuby Childs is a product and design leader with 12 years of experience building AI-driven, user-centric products and founding early-stage ventures. She has a track record of turning research-grade ML into production features—from recommendation systems and no-code editors to omnichannel marketing tools—while leading cross-functional teams and PLG strategies that scaled acquisition and monetization. As founder of Orbis and former Head of Product at Connectifi, she combines hands-on data science roots with enterprise product delivery for tier-1 financial customers. Her background spans design credentials (RCA, Type@Cooper) and technical depth (MSc Computing Science), enabling a rare fluency between visual craft and machine learning. Notably, she has repeatedly moved teams from MVP to market, recruiting and mentoring product-design talent while architecting AI workflows that simplify complex user tasks.
