Top SchoolRupert Maspero is a managing director and product-focused technologist with nine years leading web and mobile application development from his base in Cheltenham. He founded and operates mmtm since 2016 and previously ran Onsite Software, combining hands-on delivery with client-facing leadership. A Durham University general engineering graduate, he brings practical systems thinking from early aerospace and manufacturing placements into digital product design. Rupert’s background includes a decade of freelance web and graphic design for charities and small organisations, giving him a strong sense for user experience and purpose-driven projects. He also has a track record of student leadership roles that highlight operational oversight, budgeting and stakeholder coordination beyond pure engineering. That blend of engineering rigour, creative design experience and organizational leadership helps him translate complex requirements into practical, user-centred software solutions.
