Senior🎓
Top SchoolRuslan Kurchenko is a Staff Software Engineer with 11 years of experience who blends Salesforce architecture expertise with full-stack and distributed systems engineering. At K Health he led a large-scale migration from a monolithic Health Cloud org to a modular, multi-tenant platform of 120+ packages and built Node.js microservices that integrate Salesforce with pharmacy automation and telehealth systems. He focuses on developer experience—creating automated scratch org pools and CI/CD pipelines that materially increased engineering velocity while lowering operational costs. Ruslan has grown and led teams across consulting and product settings, scaling projects from small groups to multi-team deliveries and running developer training programs. He is comfortable across the stack and cloud (Node.js, AWS, microservices, observability), and often bridges platform architecture with hands-on implementation. Based in Kyiv and experienced in healthcare integrations, he brings a practical mix of long-term architectural thinking and immediate delivery impact.
