Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRuslan Makarov is a hands-on CTO and software architect with over 20 years of enterprise software experience and eight years focused on leading product delivery in online sports betting and AI-backed health tech. He blends deep theoretical training (MSc in Mathematics from MSU) with practical mastery across Java, Node.js, PHP, Vue.js, Solidity, and scalable AWS CI/CD deployments to take products from requirements to production. Notable strengths include designing high-throughput real-time systems (surebet scanners, parsers, bot automation) and rebuilding sportsbook architectures with secure payment and data-provider integrations. He has led distributed teams, contributed popular open-source Vue tooling and technical articles, and combines research experience (DARPA project at Vanderbilt) with pragmatic product engineering. Based in Tbilisi, Ruslan favors small, skilled teams and modern toolchains (PWA, Puppeteer, web3) to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions.
