Top SchoolRuslan Matveev is a Development Team Lead and full‑stack architecture expert with 13 years of hands‑on experience building web and embedded systems across Europe. He blends frontend and backend craftsmanship—creating bespoke template engines and complex Node.js/React platforms—with embedded Linux and MCU work for industrial IoT and remote surveillance solutions. At SIBUR he architected an end‑to‑end WebRTC control system that tied Raspberry Pi, ESP8266 devices, gas sensors and explosion‑proof cameras into a unified platform, demonstrating rare cross‑discipline ownership. Previously he led development of large customer self‑service portals and homegrown template tooling at MegaFon, showing a pragmatic approach to legacy integration and performance. Based in Otterbach, Germany, he pairs deep systems knowledge with hands‑on coding and a penchant for inventing practical engineering tools when existing ones fall short.
